Hi, does anyone know how I go about recovering a savings account that I haven't accessed for about 10 years, with no record of the account number, login or password? I doubt if there's much in the account but I can't really remember!

You can reach them on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) and they'll be happy to help.
