Direct debit for my Tesco credit card issues

    DD got returned in August.
    Asked here for advice. Can't find that post now, although in my notifications Christopher P answered twice.
    anyway. In that post it was suggested that i make another manual payment and cancel the direct debit if i didnt want it paying twice.
    so I did that. It's now almost Decmeber now na every.month my direct debit isn't getting taken even thoigh i have since setup another direct debit at least twice. It's sitting there in my bank account as a direct debit.
    tesco just dont call for the money.
    have asled the bank and they say to contact tesco as its tesco that call for the money.
    I am paying it via faster payments as i cannot afford another £12 late payment charge.
    anyone can tell what happening at tesco end please

    @sezicoolcati did try and call tesco but ran out of lunch break before it was answered. Really need to speak to someone. Faceless bank from my experiences
