I am tryin to establish when my promotional rate ends. On this forum it says i was given it when i set the account up... paperwork i no longer have, it also says i will be informed 2 months prior when its ends. I would like to know now..
Surely this should be on my statement it is not.
It then says contact a automated service which has zero option to speak with anybody.
Can any one advise please?
