Applying to borrow more stuck

    Hello!

    I’ve been waiting on “documentation in the post” since applying to borrow more on my current loan almost 11 days ago. I phoned today and I got an apology saying they should’ve dealt with it but haven’t. Said to look out for a text that I haven’t yet received and I’m just getting a little frustrated as I’m waiting to buy a car that I need sooner rather than later.
    Anyone know what’s taking so long? Complete lack of communication and it’s almost as if I haven’t applied for any loan. Can’t even see a check on my credit file.
    I’ll phone tomorrow but if I knew there would be so much hassle I would’ve paid it off and borrowed elsewhere
