Hi,
I am currently in Australia and carried out a on line purchase which required a authorisation code to be sent to my mobile. I requested it but it has never messaged me with a code. I've made 3 attempts to do this, all failing !!
Any reason why as I am nowhere near my credit card limit.

@Munny Thanks for clarifying. I know this is an obvious suggestion, but have you tried to switch the device off and on again to see if the text has come through?

@Munny You're welcome. It sounds like it could be a network issue in that case, I'm afraid. However, if you've spoken to your provider, or you've been receiving other texts, please call the Credit Card team on +44 1268 508 027 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be able to look into this for you.

We also accept calls via Skype if this is more convenient. I hope you get it all sorted.
