I have had a tesco credit card for a while. I always thought it was adding points to a clubcard account.

When I login it said I needed to login in to tesco.com account to check points.

I do not have a clubcard account, it is under my wifes name.

I had to create a new clubcard account and the points are 0. Does this mean all previous clubcard points that would have been gained by using my tesco card to tap for my clubcard has been lost?

@bcritchlow Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

Your Tesco Bank Credit Card also acts as a Clubcard so you will have an account automatically opened when you received your card. If you contact the Clubcard team, they'll be able to locate this account for you. They will also be able to check on the points you've accumulated whilst using the card.

You can reach them here. If you scroll down to 'Clubcard and Clubcard Plus', you can call them or chat with them via WhatsApp.
