Hi, I've had an email asking me to send back a signature sheet. I didn't see anything about this when I opened the account, I've even put money in it and scheduled a withdrawal so there doesn't seem to be any reduced functionality.

I haven't had anything through the post. Should I expect something in the post or not?

I opened an internet saver account over 2 weeks ago. As i already have accountwith tesco and pay with direct debit. i thought it would be fairly instant….like other banks. Account opened, i put a small amount in to try functions - as you do for new accounts. No mention of signing something. I got an email then about week later got letter in post with signatory letter. Signed and semt back the next day. Still waiting for account to be approved and full functionality to be available! Its been about 2 weeks now.
