Hi - I had a pending refund on my credit card account (quite a big refund) which had been pending since the 28th November but the refund has disappeared and the money was not refunded to my credit card balance. Can someone please look at this because I am now missing quite a large refund!

Hi - but the pending transaction (the refund) has just disappeared from my app, it's not showing at all. I am wondering that the refund took too long to process as the card then expired. I now have a new card but the refund still has not been processed. Was the refund rejected when the card expired? There's no easy way to speak to someone directly about this without calling, but the call centres are always closed by the time I have a chance to call.
