Hi I didn't have the money in the right account to pay my loan, is it possible for me to pay it 1 day after the collection date?

If the payment isn't collected on the due date, we'll automatically reapply within 10 working days.
If you'd prefer to pay it before then, please call the Loans team on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm) , and they'll be happy to help.
