    I have been offered a loan, but my application wasn't completed online. I received the email of the offer, but while I was completing ID checks, my application disappeared. I can't seem to go back to it, I suspect it wasn't saved. But I have an ID number for my application, but it's not being recognised.
    I can't phone anyone until tomorrow.
    Is there anything I can do?

    If you made a sole loan application, a replacement loan application or an additional loan application you should have received an email which lets you know the outcome and outlines the next steps in the process.
