Hi, I purchased pet insurance through an email from Tesco bank with the promise of 3000 club card points.
I have not had these as yet & was wondering why? My policy started on 28/9/2024

That's a bit rubbish to put it mildly!
So my club card points have vanished? I don't see anyone at barclays being able to assist me with this

Also, the bank was not barclays at the time I purchased my insurance policy
