    Hello, 2 weeks ago I have transfered some money to a friend of my from my credit card on 20th of November. In the app says that the money are out on 21st of November but the person havn't received the money yet. He have contacted his bank to check but there is nothing. I spoke with the support from Tesco and they said the money are out. How can I track the transfer ?

    I'm sorry to hear about this situation you're in. You will need to call the Credit Card team directly for this. You can reach them on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
