on the mobile app under loans it says ‘documents’ but there’s nothing there. I thought I’d find documents such as statements and especially loan agreement. Should the loan agreement be there?

@Curlyhairdo Thanks for clarifying. Your credit agreement was posted to you when you first took out the loan, it isn't available through the app.
