I ordered a settlement figure then tried to pay it online. As the amount was too high, I ended up going into the payment screen twice - once for a large amount and then again for a smaller amount.
On my loan screen, within an hour, the small amount of credit was showing but not the large amount.
Here I am, 25 hours later, and still the same - only the small amount is showing. I paid by VISA debit card for both transactions, and both of them threw up a 'verified by visa' screen which I authorised in my own bank's banking app, and both transactions are being listed in the banking app as of today.
Anyone else had this issue?
