Before they change my card for a new one ,I used to get an alert on my phone verey time there was spending on the card ,but despite all allowing all notifications in the app I am not getting alerts

Have you tried to use the 'reset app' option from the main menu to see if this resolves the issue for you?
Please be aware, you will need to log back in using your username, password and security number if you choose this option so only do so if you remember your details.
