Hoping to get some help from Tesco bank staff on here, as it is impossible to speak to a real person!
A few weeks ago, there was some fraudulent activity on my card so It was cancelled and I received a new card. Shortly afterwards, a large refund was made to me for a purchase made on my old card. I thought it would automatically be redirected to my new card number, but obviously not. Can someone assist, please? Thanks
