"Your 0% rate is ending soon" - I could have sworn it was longer

    I did a 0% balance transfer back in May and I could have sworn it was for a period of at least 1-2 years but I have had an email saying;

    We're getting in touch because your 0% rate on Money Transfers will end in January.

    I can't find any documentation that confirms how long the interest free period was when I signed up. How can I find out? I also can't find anywhere that tells me what the new interest rate will be if it does indeed end. I've checked statements etc. and there's just generic information, nothing helpful.

    @annaleise Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    The email is to let you know that the option on a 0% Money Transfer rate is ending. This won't impact your existing Balance Transfer.

    We'll provide a reminder at the top of your statement two months prior to the expiry date. If you're registered for Online Banking, you'll also receive an email reminder 21 days before it expires. If not, you'll receive a letter 21 days before.

    However, if you'd like us to confirm the exact date for you, please
    send us a private message.
