I had to get my credit card blocked on the 1st December due to fraud. I am waiting on a new one but it’s still not arrived. I also can’t log into my account as I couldn’t remember my 2 digits from my 6 digit code and I need to wait for the new card to reactivate the account. How long will it take for the card to come ?

Sorry to hear about this situation you're in. If you've ordered a new card, it should be with you within 3-5 working days from when it was ordered.

Once you've received it, you'll be able to regain access to your account.
