Hello,

Can anyone offer what I could do about a missed payment please?

Ive recently had a baby and then spent a week in hospital with sepsis and have totally forgotten to pay my monthly bill, I can't believe I've done this. Obviously instantly paid as soon as I knew and have no set up a direct debit to avoid this happening again.

Me and my husband are currently trying to purchase our first home and now I have this on my report.

Does anyone know if there is anything I can do please?🙏
