Second cardholder - how to update contact details?

    My wife and I are both cardholders on our Tesco credit card. I manage the account and I am able to login, check transactions, update my contact details etc.

    My wife's details do not appear on the account and so I am unable to update her details.

    It means that when she makes a purchase, she has to ask me because she wouldn't receive a text verification "two factor authorisation" code.

    How do I update, review or add her details?

    I confirm that she ALREADY has a card so the "Additional Card Request" form is not appropriate.

    @GraemeCluskey Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    You should be able to update these details in the 'additional cardholder' section of the menu in Online Banking.

    However, if this option isn't available, please call the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.

    To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.

    Thank you ChristopherP that worked fine. I was looking in Settings instead of on the card screen itself. I was able to successfully change the details for my wife. This question is now resolved and I appreciate the quick and helpful response.
