I put in a chargeback request over a week ago. not heard anything back since. does it normally take this long?

I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t heard back from us with regards to your chargeback claim.

Because of the time of year there is a larger than normal amount of claims being submitted, the latest timescale is that you should have a response within 14 days from when the claim was submitted.
