I called last week to redeem my loan but was unable to get a redemption figure due to issues with re-crediting interest. Can this be looked at again by anybody?

If you're unable to get the figure online, please call the Loans team on 0345 600 6016, available Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm, and they'll be able to look into this for you.
