I made a large payment on the 16th and it’s still not showing up on my available credit. Even after 2 working days and statement coming out. Need the money for Xmas presents

This can sometimes happen if you pay an amount that's higher than your credit limit or if you pay more than your last statement balance.

If you send a private message, we'll check if there is a hold on the payment and remove it for you if that is the case.
