    It appears that your account will be locked until we speak to you directly, I'm afraid.

    Please call us as soon as you can on +44 1268 508 027 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and my colleagues will be happy to help.

    Thank you for the instant reply.

    I did call and passed all the security questions.
    A gentleman have kindly said to me that the security department works till 5 PM. So I need to call again. The time of my call was at 5:30 PM.

    So the time schedule provide by Tesco Bank is not right.

    But thank you anyway
