I need to check what my balance credit is. I got an email saying I've used more than 95% of my credit limit. There is a pending debit on my card as well. So I'm not sure whether I've already exceeded my full credit limit or I'm within my credit limit after including the pending debit as well.

You'll need to call us to discuss your balance.
You can reach the Credit Card team on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and they'll be happy to help.
To speak to one of my colleagues, please choose option 2 and enter your security details, then press 0. If you don't have any details to hand, just press 0 and you will then be passed through.
