I have recently recived my loan but have no account details to log into my account. How do I create an account?

Once you've received your funds, you'll get a welcome pack 5-7 working days later which will confirm the date of your first payment. Your welcome pack will also confirm your loan sort code and account number meaning you will have all the details required to register for online banking.

@ChristopherP are you able to request the details for an account are resent? I went to look at how much I have left to pay and realised I never made an account but no longer have the letter!
