Feedback on Fixed Rate Saveings application process

    Some feedback on the application process for a new Fixed Rater Saver account.

    Trying to make my life easier I thought that when opening a new FR saver account I would fund it from a maturing FR savings account rather than have to make the usual phone call to close my maturing account and Tesco then sending the funds back to my Linked account, and then for me to send the money back again from my linking account.

    A lot of work for all involved, my time on the telephone and Tesco call centre having to action it, and again myself having to setup a timely transfer to the new account.

    The dropdown option box that lists my existing Tesco accounts to select the maturing account is shown in the attached screen grab to highlight my issue. Sigh !
