Apologies, I have just been made aware that there is an issue with logging into the Tesco Bank website using Firefox browser. Our IT team are aware of this and are looking into what is causing the issue and how to resolve this.
So, I can log the relevant details to our IT department can you please send us a secure private message.
While this is being investigated you should still be able to access or website through another browser.

I have been using Firefox for the past several years to access my Tesco account. Although to access my Tesco a/c this time, I had to go onto MS Edge. I gained access and sorted my problem out. Still...it seems a pain to have to go onto another browser whenever I want to check my Tesco bank a/c. If it still persists...I'll close my account and choose another credit card company that works on Firefox.

I'm sorry for the issues you are experiencing when trying to log into Online Banking.
As you are able to access the account on Microsoft Edge it seems this is a browser issue. Please visit our Online Banking Technical Support page here. The page gives troubleshooting tips if you are having any issues logging in. Ensure your settings are correct and you are on the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.
