I can't use the phone. It's a mental health thing. I have a disputed transaction. Filled in form online but heard nothing. So now I'm worried I have filled in all my details somewhere I shouldn't have. I may just have to close my credit card account as this transaction is yearly and I didn't agree to it but don't know how to stop it.
