Banking App no longer works on my iPad Air 2

    The Tesco Bank app no longer works on my iPad. I get a message saying that Mobile Banking is temporarily unavailable. This has been happening since at least mid-December 2024.
    I have an iPad Air 2 running IOS 15.8.3. I have installed the latest version of the app (4.40.0) and I’ve restarted my iPad since installing the app.

    The app does work on my iPhone 13 (IOS 18.2] but it would be very helpful if I could use it on my iPad.

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue you're experiencing. Have you tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app to see if that resolves the issue for you?

    I thought I’d done that but obviously I’d only closed the app rather than actually removing it and reinstalling from the App Store.

    PS. One other question - on my iPhone I can login using Face ID. My iPad doesn’t support Face ID but does support Fingerprint. However, although I have the same version of the app on both devices, I can’t use Fingerprint on my iPad? Is this normal ? It’s not a major issue since I can login with my passcode.
