App notifications not working

    Previous postings here refer - see below. Despite these suggestions, I'm still not getting any notifications. I've also removed the app and re-installed it, and still no joy

    Any other suggestions?

    I have followed the instructions on setting up notifications and I started receiving them OK. But they have suddenly stopped despite the app and mobile settings still set to receive them.

    How do I resolve this?

    @RJT44 Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Please switch them off and back on again and this should resolve the issue.

    If it doesn't, choose the 'reset app' feature in the main menu. However, you'll need to log back in using your security number and password, so only do this if you can remember your details.
