Hi,

I've never received Clubcard points from using my Tesco Bank credit card in my Tesco clubcard app online.

How is this rectified and is there a way to have points I've generated over the duration of the credit cards use added too please?

I'm sorry to hear this. If you contact the Clubcard team directly, they'll be able to look into this for you and merge the accounts if required.
