How can I access Online Banking abroad?

    Hi. How can I access Online Banking while abroad? I'm trying to pay my credit card bill but I'm currently abroad for the next 3 months and the only phone contacts are my landline and a mobile contract I cancelled before leaving.

    I cant get past the send a code to your phone question. Is there any way I can log in without this?

    I'm afraid not. You'll need to call us to update your number. You can reach us from overseas on +44 1268 508 027 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm) and my colleagues will be happy to help.

    We also accept calls via Skype if this is more convenient.
