    I am in Malaysia at the moment and tried to use my card. It was declined and then I got voicemail asking me to ring. I can’t ring the number because I only have Malaysia calls on SIM card, there is no email address and no WhatsApp and now a regular payment in the UK has been declined. This will continue to happen…I need to contact someone but not by phone!

    I'm sorry to hear about this situation you're in. I appreciate this will be frustrating to hear, however the only way to unblock the card, for security purposes, is by calling I'm afraid.

    You can reach us from overseas on +44 1268 508 027 (Mon - Fri: 8am to 9pm, Sat - Sun: 8am - 6pm). We also accept calls via Skype if this is more convenient.
