Hi, i have received my card and pin but cant register my card on the app, it says i dont have a valid account, i cant transfer any money onto the card either from my bank account. Not had any message to advise card and pin have been sent, do i just need to wait a few days? Thank you

@karenj0506 after a phone call to tesco all sorted. I was using wrong user name as had an account previously.
