Does anyone have Tesco Bank's email? I have just been charged £8 postage having my documents returned to me as Tesco Bank had not paid enough postage

    I have just received my documents back from Tesco Bank, but they hadn't paid enough postage which mean't I had to pay £8 to have the letter delivered. This is wrong and I want a refund!Please help as I can't afford £8. I have had to sign up on here as I cannot find an email to contact.If someone from Tesco Bank can contact me and arrange my refund I would appreciate itThank you

We don’t currently communicate by email but if you send your name, DOB and postcode in a private message to we’ll look into this for you. When sending the message please leave a space each character of your personal information. In the message please also give a short description of your problem.

    Why on earth a modern bank can't have access via e-mail or chat is beyond me I bank with numerous institutions and they all have messaging or chat Come on Tesco get with it

    I do appreciate a chat option would be useful, please send a private message to our account including your postcode and date of birth with spaces between the characters, like this:
