Hi, Where do I send ID documents by post? I have to send certified copies of my daughter’s provisional driving license for her to withdraw her money from her junior ISA now she has turned 18.

The letter said there was a pre-paid envelope to return the document, however there was not one enclosed. Which address do I send this to please? I want to make sure it goes to the right place with it being confidential.
