Hi all,

Does anyone else Airtime rewards and recently had trouble reconnecting their account to the app?

I’ve reconnected numerous times before without issue but this time I keep getting an error message (attached in image).

Wondered if anyone else had experienced this and found a solution?

I'm sorry you're experiencing an issue with this. Have you managed to reconnect, or is it still an issue?

Still having the same error message unfortunately. Reached out to Airtime rewards who said it’s an issue on Tesco Bank end.

@LauraOBE Thanks for clarifying! In this instance, it's best to call the Technical Helpdesk and they'll be able to look into what is causing this.

You can reach them on 0345 300 3511, available 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday, and they'll be happy to help.
