Delayed transactions

    Why does it take days(!) for completed transactions to appear? They sit in ‘pending’ for multiple days despite payments being made - why? Also payments due, why do they continue to show as due when the payment has been made? This doesn’t happen with other banking apps so why Tesco??

    Transactions can take days to appear on your statement due to the processing stages involved such as security checks, verifying the payment and clearing with the merchant.

    The minimum payment information will always be displayed on the mobile app. If you've already made the minimum payment then please don't worry, there's nothing further you need to do.
