    Hello, expecting a refund for online purchase (£6.50), yesterday I received email confirming refund, happened to check credit card account and the refund was already showing in pending - very surprised as it was so quick. Later on it disappeared from pending, not unusual as I've known this to happen when preparing to enter transaction list later that night. The refund didn't appear in transaction list, just disappeared. Balances were not adjusted either.

    Any idea what may be happening, the refund email did say can take up to 10 days to receive refund, hence my surprise to seeing yesterday?

    This is the correct process, so no need to be concerned.

    Once the refund has fully processed, it'll appear on your statement as 'purchase adjustment'.
