Hi, i tried to use my credit card for a purchase online but it keep rejecting it, i think its blocked, could you help me with this issue?

I'm sorry to hear about this. If you send a private message, we'll check to see if there is anything preventing you from using the card online.

Please be aware though, if there is a block on the account you will need to call us to resolve this.
