Can someone else use my credit card if I give them permission? They wouldn’t be a named cardholder, just someone I would have agreed to let use my card.

This isn't something that we'd recommend for security reasons. Please be aware that if you do give permission for someone to use your card or card details, you will be responsible for all the transactions made on the account.
