My credit card balance is fully paid off, £0. I have the minimum payment due today off £33, do I need to pay this even tho my balance is £0?

Provided your balance was £0 when we presented for the direct debit, then it would have readjusted so no payment will be taken.

If the balance was cleared afterwards. then payment may still be collected. If that's the case, please get back in touch and we'll be able to help.

My balance was £0 but said minimum payment due £33.57, by 02/02/25 so I paid it as didn’t want to effect my credit, but I’m just not under standing why it’s asking for £33.57 when the balance is £0
