Hi, every month we clear the Tesco Credit Card, we did this on 1st February.....however my bank says the payment is still pending 2 days later, it usually clears in a few hours. I assume this is due to the Barclays outage...do I wait or do I contact Tesco ?

I'm sorry to hear about this. The payment issues have been resolved by Barclays and they are working hard to ensure customer balances are up to date.
If you receive a late fee/interest as a result, please get back in touch with us and we'll waive these for you.

@ChristopherP Thankyou for responding - Spoke to Tesco Customer Services, who have said the problem NOW is that Lloyds and Halifax have problems especially over money transfers, we bank with Lloyds !!!! They too said any fees / interest would be refunded. Tried to call Lloyds but they are obviously very busy. We will keep an eye on the payment for the next few days and chase Lloyds if its still stuck in "pending". Thankyou once again for responding so quick.
