How do I access my final Tesco Bank Credit Card statement?

    Hello,

    I recently cancelled my Tesco Bank credit card (a week ago), and would like to access my final statement and see if there is a credit balance that needs to be repaid to me.

    Since cancelling the account I can no longer access online banking and have received no confirmation of the closure or any other communication by email or post.

    Please can you let me know how to get this information.

    @bterich Hey Richard, thanks for getting in touch!

    Your confirmation of closure would have been sent by email, and any future statements will be sent by post to the address we have on file. This includes your closing statement that will be with you soon. Have you checked your junk folder to see if the email was sent there?

    We’re unable to accept a request to close an account with a credit balance, so there wouldn't have been a credit on there at the time of closure.
