HELP.

    Very worried and stressed. I had a settlement offer accepted from Tesco bank, received letter in December saying account is closed.

    yet my credit file is still saying There is a balance owed on the account. This is stopping me getting a mortgage right now and really stressing me out, when will this be removed as I was told the account would be close along with the balance! Causing me so much stress.
