Hi i dont think im getting clubcard points for using my credit card for tesco groceries. I did raose it ***** before and was told it was sorted,. but I still haven't noticed them coming through apart from the first time . How do I sort this please ?

I'm sorry that you’re not seeing the Clubcard points coming through using your Credit Card.

If we could ask you to contact Clubcard on 0800591688 providing the long Clubcard number, that begins with a 6, on the rear of the Credit Card then we will be able to check the points allocation.
