I’ve noticed my credit card is due to expire this month but have not received a new one. Is this normal? When should I expect it?

I'm sorry that you’ve not received your renewal card yet
The renewal card should arrive with you within the first two weeks of the month that your existing card expires in.

The card that you have at the moment will be valid through to the end of the month that shows on the card.

If you would like us to confirm that the replacement card is in process if you send a private message, we will have the progress checked.
