    I have been unable to access my money in my internet saver because I have not received my signature letter. Despite calling up and supposedly having a second one sent down. I know it is the right address I registered as I have received my pin, card and terms and conditions. But it has not arrived. It has been too long and I need to access the money deposited to my account.

    @Meerkat I'm sorry you are having an issue accessing your savings account.

    If we could ask you to contact our Savings team on 0345 678 5678 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm, Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm).

    The Savings Team will check the progress of the second signature letter checked and the best and quickest way for you to have access to your savings.
