I had a refund to my account yesterday (11/02/25) but it's now disappeared, please advise

The refund can appear and then drop off the account as the merchant processes it.

If you could allow 4 working days, the refund should appear and be on your next statement.

If after that period it's not against your account then if you send a private message, we'll check the status.
